What's your response time for IT issues?+
For managed clients, the business-hour reply target is under 2 hours Mon–Fri 8am–6pm. Many remote issues can be handled the same business day. On-site response in Chesterfield County and the south Richmond metro depends on schedule, urgency, and whether parts or specialist work are needed.
Do you handle on-site work or only remote?+
Both. We come on-site for new-office setups, server work, device work, and anything that needs physical hands. Remote covers everything else. If a job needs a licensed low-voltage or cabling specialist, we will say that clearly and help coordinate the right local pro.
